Overview
The SMTMATE® 800 is a dual-gantry, high-speed SMT pick & place machine engineered for precise, stable, and continuous electronic manufacturing. Equipped with 8 high-accuracy heads (4+4), advanced intelligent vision alignment, and support for 102 NXT electrical feeders, it delivers exceptional throughput with consistent precision. Designed for demanding SMT environments, it supports a wide range of components, including fine-pitch ICs, 0201 packages, LEDs, chips, and complex devices up to 20 mm in height. The SMTMATE® 800 uses a powerful motion-control architecture, a multi-camera recognition system, and a Windows-based intelligent SMT OS to ensure superior placement accuracy, fast production changeovers, and long-term operational reliability.
