Overview
The Automatic PCB Loader is an inline machine used at the start of SMT production lines to automatically feed PCBs onto the conveyor. It lifts a stack of boards and transfers them one-by-one using a precision pick-and-place mechanism. The loader ensures smooth, continuous PCB flow without manual handling. It includes a touchscreen interface, safety features, and a status tower light for easy monitoring. Built with a sturdy aluminum frame and high-accuracy sensors, it protects boards from damage while improving production speed and efficiency.
