Overview
The RFO 530 is a hot-air reflow oven designed for precise SMT soldering with enhanced temperature control. It features five temperature zones, allowing smoother and more accurate thermal profiling compared to basic infrared models. The system uses a hot-wind heating method, ensuring uniform heat distribution across the PCB for reliable solder joints. It includes two ventilation cooling zones and supports PCB sizes up to 280 × 280 mm, transported on a 300 mm wide net belt with adjustable speed from 0 to 1500 mm/min using variable frequency drive control. Operating on AC 220V/380V ±10%, 50 Hz, the ZBRF530 requires 7 kW starting power and 2.5 kW operating power, with a heat-up time of about 20 minutes. The overall processing time through the machine ranges from 3.5 to 5.5 minutes. Its temperature can be controlled from ambient to 400°C through a touchscreen interface using PID closed-loop technology. The machine has an outline size of 1700 × 710 × 660 mm and weighs 150 kg, making it a compact yet powerful solution for efficient SMT reflow soldering.
