Overview
The Automatic PCB Unloader is used at the end of an SMT production line to automatically collect finished PCBs and stack them in a safe, organized manner. It receives PCBs from the conveyor and transfers them into a collection tray or stacking mechanism, reducing manual handling and improving productivity. The machine includes a touchscreen control panel, a status indicator tower, and safety features for reliable, continuous operation. It ensures smooth unloading, prevents board damage, and maintains consistent line flow.
